Our process is constantly evolving as we strive to create the perfect roast, the smoothest texture, and the sharpest temper with every single batch. There's no one single recipe for success and every origin of bean has its own flavour notes that we want to experiment with.
Learning to make chocolate
We are at the very beginning of our chocolate making journey and I'm sure we'll learn a lot along the way, but for now, this is our process....
